Joseph Nakaanga is the founder of Citimop Limited, a waste management and cleaning Services Company, which was established in 1999. AT present, the company has four franchise agreements with local councils for waste management, has over 180 employees, and is present in ten towns of Zambia. Trustee Nankaanga, who has been awarded by the Zambia Institute of chartered Accountants and the Institute of Directors as being the CEO of the year in entrepreneurship for having established and grown Citimop Limited, brings to the SOS CV Zambia Board the much-needed expertise in the duties of prudence.

Chiara Chiumya has over 24 years professional experience, the last years as an independent consultant in the financial sector, approximately 17 years with the Bank of Zambia, 2 years with the University of Pretoria, one year as an Audit senior at PricewaterhouseCoopers and one year as a management trainees at Meridian BIAO Bank limited. Trustee Chiumya brings great contribution to the SOS CV Zambia having served on a number of boards, notably the Zambia South Africa Business forum (Volunteer basis), the Sudanese Microfinance Development facility, Microfinance Zambia limited, the risk board committee of Atlas Mara Bank and the Standards and Regulatory Board of the Council of the Zambia institute of the Certified Accountants.

Ms Moya is currently employed as Director of Child Development in the Ministry of Youth, Sports and Child Development (MYSCD), advising Government on Child and other related polices, recommending legal amendment related to children and young people, research on matters related to young people, coordination of programmes related to young people, reporting obligation on conventions and treaties for Children, budgeting and Advocacy on rights of young people. Having spearheaded formulation of several policies, plans of action, and studies on children and State Party reports on UNCRC and ACRWC, Trustee is critical in assisting SOS CV Zambia with accountability and guided dispensation of board fiduciary duties

Mr Adern S. Nkandela is a Development Economist and has previously served in top leadership, management and technical positions in various development and philanthropy organisations at pan African and Southern African level. Most recently, he worked at Nelson Mandela Children’s Fund and African Grantmakers Network (now the African Philanthropy Network). Nkandela’s track of work in governance, philanthropy, sustainable livelihoods, child development, community development, SMEs, M&E, research as well as Ex-Officio Board membership brings invaluable expertise to SOS CV Zambia.

Mr Elias Mpondela has vast experience in leading, resuscitating, transforming and creating value for organizations. He has been a Chief Executive Officer, managed Executive Positions, and Chaired a Board of Directors of Shelter Afrique. He has sat on Board Committees of Energy Regulations Board, Zambia National Broadcasting Corporation and Evelyn Hone College, and currently chairs the Board of Directors of Mpulungu Habour. With capacity to visualize, innovate, create and initiate clear visionary leadership, Trustee Mpondela supports the SOS CV Zambia Board in many ways including linkages promotion and entrepreneurial leadership, among others.

Chriss has a background in Development studies from the University of Zambia. work and has worked across the country serving in various positions before being appointed as regional Programmes Manager for our Livingstone Village.

Mr. Jordon Binwell Theu is an advocate in civil and criminal matters, employment and labour law, land law, corporate and business law, Administrative and human resources law, social security and pension’s administration, property assignments, lease and general property management, company Secretarial services, corporate governance, he is familiar with government approval systems, making contracts and obtaining information, debt collection and contract drafting. He has worked as Secretary to the national pensions Scheme Authority for 16 years and currently pursuing a private business. Trustee Theu brings invaluable legal advisory support and guidance to SOS CV Zambia board.
